Puzzle 8 is a position where many people play extremely aggressively. They reason that their rack is much stronger than their opponent and that they should hunt for bingos in hopes of finishing them off. However, this is the type of position where caution is more important: you need to think about bingo prevention rather than playing a bingo yourself. A prudent play like PRIVY is far superior to an aggressive play such as VIER.
